On our Halloween visit on Sunday here's what happened:

WooHoo!!! I was so thrilled!! BUT...check this out:
TODAY at my visit my wonderful hubby surprised me at my visit, its a work day and obviously he cant go to ALL appointments but he wanted to be there and risk being yelled at by his boss aww....todays results:
Left side: 19,12,18,9,10,10
Right Side: 10,14,12,10,15,14
Huh? Not sure if these numbers are right but we are looking at Wednesday as our retrieval....tonight might be our trigger shot. I'm just waiting for the doc to call and let me know by the end of today. These numbers are EVERYWHERE!! So tired of shots and bloodwork, I have no blood left in my tiny body..lol.
(SHHH- i'm only 110lbs! so poor me, i'm a TROOPER-hehe just had to boost myself up, i'm no amateur)
****Just got a call from my doctor and my trigger shot is 10:30pm tonight, i have blood work and a pre-operation meeting tomorrow between 7-9:30am, then my retrieval is Wednesday morning.
****HOWEVER- we cannot ship them! Greg at CryoLab says they are halting all shipments to SI due to the taxes and duty India is imposing. Until they can get a better idea and hold on things they will let us know when they will resume. For now we have to pay the storage fee (OUCH) for IVF NJ until we get word from Greg at CryoLab. What to do? Is this a sign?

You're almost there! Sounds like you're getting a very different result this time -- hope that's true on all counts!
Good luck with the retrieval! Did you ever contact that guy with Kynisi or whatever? (don't have the email in front of me now)...a bit of a bummer about the storage fees...but it's all worth it in the end. We've been telling ourselves that all along.

I truly feel your frustration, but you are not the type to give in because India can't figure out the taxes. Your embies will get there. I will continue to lift you up to the Lord for peace in your heart.
yay for all your eggs!!! way to go girl!! Take it day by day with the shipping. Things may change when you least expect it. :)
Why is this an issue in Mumbai and not in Delhi? We have embies coming in every week. Is it possible you can ship to Delhi Customs and then get Core to take them to SI? Or maybe to another city in India? I don't know how Core would go about shipping within India, but if it's just a problem at Mumbai Customs, try another way. It's work asking.

A little, tiny, minor, insignificant thing like a shipping delay being a sign that you're not meant to be doing this?? No way. With what any of us that are considering surrogacy in a foreign country have been through, this is just (yet another) bump in the road. Concentrate on healthy eggs and don't worry about anything else at this point. Hope the retrieval goes super smoothly for you. L xx
I feel your pain girl, but hang in there. Like Tigerlilycat said "just another bump in the road" Don't give up, it will be all worth it.
