This past weekend we celebrated my paternal grandmother's 90th bday! We celebrated it at a hall because the family is so big, this is the break down in numbers:
My grandmother has:
15 children (not including their spouses)
45 grandchildren (including me, haha)
73 great grandchildren (and counting, because my sister is due Dec. and many of us dont have kids as yet...)
2 great great grandchildren

135 members of our family (not including anyone's spouses and still counting)
I think is is amazing, its always nice to come from such a large family especially when we are all so close, many people have large families and hardly see each other only during holidays and such, but ours is different we all are so very close (seeing that all 15 siblings of my dad live literally a block away from each other) and i feel very blessed to be apart of it. Now only if i can have a child or two so they can be apart of this very close family.

Praying that for you as always.
What a family! Holy smokes!! I hope you draw names for Christmas!
You baby(ies) will come, soon!
One day you'll be so proud that you've added to that incredibly massive number of family members! I have five in my family but we come no where near that number in grandchildren and great grandchildren! My dad just had his first GGC last year...and so our child, his grandchild, will be about a year and a half younger than his great grandchild! FUNNY...
Mandy -- every time I see you post I'm hoping for positive news of some sort...whether that's a next step, or a hopeful outlook or just that something that moves you and your being closer to having that baby(ies) and being that mom you're working so hard to be. We're all here to cheer you on. And when it DOES happen, you'll hear the "HURRAYS!!!!" from around the world. It will happen. Remember that. Take care.
Your family is an entire VILLAGE! ...and still has some growing to do when your stars finally align!
Happy 90 to your g'ma!
