As I try to keep myself busy in this 2ww, i found myself back and forth with "why" and "how come" and "i should have" types of thought provoking questions....I then continued to read my fellow surro buddies blogs to pass the time and enjoy others journeys as i regularly do. However in the mist of my reading today i found a few things that made me realize I am not helping the situation by being discouraged. The following lifted my spirits today:
1) My horoscope today:
Feb. 23, 2009
Libra- Any rough patch that your going through right now will smooth out to a tiny wrinkle by the days end, so you shouldnt waste too much time worrying about things. Turn your thoughts to tomorrow, when all of this will be over and things will be much better. You cant have a good day everyday, but you can choose to focus on positive things instead of negatives ones. And if the only positive thing in your life right now is hope, then so be it.
OH MY GOD!!! Isn't that just amazing to read, how true is that. I was shocked.
2) Also, i was reading on CS's blog this passage:
UNDERSTANDING SMALL BEGINNINGS
Who [with reason] despises the day of small things? Zechariah 4:10 NIVYou are probably believing GOD for something to come to pass in your life. If you look, you will find evidence of small beginning. GOD gives you seed perhaps only little, tiny seed, something that causes you to hope. Rejoice over that seed. Reason: It is a sign of greater things to come. When you despise something you regard it lightly. You count it as nothing and don't take care of it. But, if you don't take care of what GOD gives you, you will loose it. You need to be content during the small things. You know the LORD is the AUTHOR and the FINISHER (see Hebrews 12:2).
What HE begins, HE completes (see Philippians 1:6). Be encourage and don't curse your seed by complaining or proclaiming negative things over it. Instead say, "LORD, this is only a little thing, but thank YOU for giving me some hope, something to hold on to. Thank YOU, LORD, for a beginning." Be encourage and know that a path of spiritual growth is a path of lifelong learning.
LET US PRAY: Thank YOU LORD for teaching me the importance of small things in my life. I honor YOU with praises on my lips. Thank YOU for the overflow of joy in my heart and a desire to serve YOU. This is my prayer in the name of JESUS. Amen.
This was so insprational to me it moved me to tears. Thank you CS, i think we all can learn from each other and have so much to share. Imagine someone who you dont even know can bring light into a dark moment in your life.

Hello, my name is Tracy.
I was reading through your log and wanted to let you know that I am crossing my fingers and hoping this all works out for you. 1 is all you need and staying positive is half the battle. Just try and relax and smile at the possibility of what could be :)
I know what you are going through right now as we just went through our first IVF try. We had 7 eggs, which 6 matured and only 3 fertilized. All 3 did amazing and transfer took place on Thursday the 19th. So, we are in that 2ww as well. So far I am doing okay and just taking it really easy and day by day. I find things to keep me busy and relaxed and it seems to be working. For now anyway..lol.
Hope we both get great news in the next 10 days or so and both our miracles will be here before we know it :) We find out on Monday the 2nd..yikes.
Good luck and keep us all posted. here is our blog site if you would like to read about our journey:
