Well to start off we had a wonderful 4th of July weekend in Baltimore, Maryland!! From the harbor to fireworks to fishing it was great. Spending time with my 2 month old god-son is always a great time for us (and the way people looked at me when we took him to the harbor was great, they would smile and say he's so cute) and watching my hubby how natural he is with him. I love seeing the 2 of them hanging out, watching HGTV together!! lol....
Well it came up on our ride home- SURROGACY- and me going alone. I think hubby made it clear this time and said NO! wait until Feb./March 2010 and he will be with me step by step. He wants to be part of it all and i really have neglected to see that. It just hurts and a very emotional thing to think about because i have been very determined to go alone. He still wants to see all his options and have not decided on a single clincic. Its between SI and Dr. Patel.
I am so excited for many of our surro buddy's- picking up and many going for their first try....getting their houses and nurseries together and Rhonda and Gerry are so talented with their art work, i'm jealous (its looks GREAT!!).....lol.....how exciting....i CANT WAIT TO HEAR UPDATES

Mandy, you are blessed to have a husband that not only wants kids, but wants to be there to hold your hand and be involved in everything. I know the wait must be killing you. Just hang in there!
Its such an emotional journey. You have a wonderful husband. Its so much nicer when you can both celebrate equally in all the wonderful steps of your journey.
Thanks for the compliments. We hope baby likes it too! :) Its nice to be able to put personal touches into it!
