As we approach the end of the year with a million things that need to be done and many many holidays and shopping coming up (my favorite time of year!!) we still have a lot to do before we are actually SI clients and head to India in Feb, (we already have Visa's from our 1st attepmt), so here goes step 1:
1. Intended parents application form filled out by both parents (17 pages of general info, medical history, social history, ect.)
2. Along with form submit photos of you and spouse, submit photocopy of intended parents passports, Letter from IVF specialist stating you cant carry a baby to term, marriage certificate (if applicable) and if you are under medical treatment they need details from you doc.
2. Application fee (wired to their bank, which they provide all info).
3. Screening tests done by your doc (blood work, ect.) for your PERFECT treatment plan.
After all this is completed they will send you your surrogate profiles and your treatment plan (dates of travel can be scheduled at this time). My first appoint for my screening tests is Oct. 7th, so i hope i can submit EVERYTHING by mid October and get our surrogate profiles.

We are in the exact same position!! Did you book to have your screening tests through your GP, that's what I need to do next. Pretty much completed paperwork, waiting for passports to come through. It is getting very exciting....October isn't far from February!! We too are keeping very busy, going on a camping trip this weekend with a few friends, should be great, just hope the weather holds up, said a few showers can be expected. Keep in touch x
I did book my screenig tests thru my GP (Oct.7th, yeah!). When are you going?? I'm sooooo excited for you!!! i will always keep in touch. Hope your weekend brightens up. Enjoy hun!

How did the screening appointment go today? I hope your GP is understanding and gets your sorted quickly so you cna just start packing and needles.
