Our Little Lion/Lioness
Based on our reports, which i never seem to understand, all is well!! I love to see the word NORMAL when we get our emails. Its seems like the weight at this age (25 wks 6 days) is a bit more than others...i'm trying to think of how much will our bub weigh at birth? are we going to have a baby less or more than 5 or 6lbs?
Hubby refers to our baby as his lioness or lion..since his/her sign will be a Leo (but should he/she decide to come early-its our little crab, LOL)...
Anything BIG on this report? Head, body, weight?? LOL Please share :)

One of our twins at 26wk scan was:
BPD: 67MM
HC: 249MM
AC: 228MM
FL: 48MM
our singleton was:at 25 wks (born 37 weighing 3010gms)
BPD: 60MM
HC: 236MM
AC: 196MM
FL: 46MM
so according to that your bubble looks very average (which is a good thing!)
oh and weight at that stage 998, 1048gms
I looked at our report for the same timeline and it was almost the same as yours, except, our baby was a porker at 1118gms which had jumped from the previous scan of 582gms. Best part is that all is NORMAL!! YAY! Your heartbeat would be a boy if you be if you believe the old wives tales, but Cailyns was 152 at the same point as you, so it might be a girl!!
The hearbeats were way apart for our two at one stage (something like 120 and 150), and we ended up with two boys - so work that one out!! A throw away comment I remember clearly after the boys were born is that they were the weight of a single, Indian baby at birth - and they were 2.4kg and 2.2kg. So tiny, tiny from our perspective but huge for Indian babies. So aim for small (and take appropriate clothes) and if it's any bigger you can just donate to SCI or another family you meet over there with a little baby. We gave all of the girl things we had with us to the family of a tiny little girl who was in the NICU with Taj. As they were local, I don't think they'd seen a few of the options before - but were very thankful regardless. Not long to go now!!!!!

Sounds like you've been so busy, Mandy! And I'm so glad to see that everything is NORMAL on the scan. Yes, normal is a wonderful word at this stage. And every stage, come to think of it!
