I created a google accout i even tried my yahoo account. I have no clue what to do next as Dr. Yash has been so kind in trying to help but Dr. Sudhir is out of town and he usually does the computer thing....i'm glad she can calm me down and tell me how to try again but i tried and still no luck.
i am so bummed and feeling really stupid i cant get into the profiles. i cant help it but i keep thinking its bad luck that i cant get into the profiles and these things are signs....i shouldnt think that way (which i NEVER do) but i am sooo nervous this time around..AHHHHHH

Here is what you do:
On the left side of the surrogate profile page you will see two lavender boxes one on top of the other. The first (larger one) has fields for username and password. Ignore that - its for SI staff use. Go to the 2nd, smaller box underneath. It says "Don't have an account at NicheHealthOptions?" and will prompt you to sign in with a "different account". Click on that link and it will allow you to type in an e-mail address. Use your Gmail account. Voila - as long as Dr. Sudhir managed to give you access priveleges, you should be in.
I can imagine how frustrating this can be. This is tricky until you have figured it out -- Stan gives you some excellent directions. The only other tip would to be sure you're already signed in to your Gmail account already (have Gmail open in another window).
This is the same way you'll access all of the medical reports and also upload any information you need to send to SI.
thanks guys! but i did try the window on the bottom but never had a google account. i had a yahoo account and tried to sign in with that email. I just got a google ID and tried that today but no luck. I gave Dr. Yash my new google id but i dont think she gave me access with that email.
I will keep trying until Dr. S gets back i guess. THANKS A BUNCH guys!! i needed that advice because i though i was way off the mark.
