Still here!

Well, no puppy...hubby REALLY made his feeling clear and doesnt want a puppy. SHIT! but its ok, i have other things to keep me busy like work and family. Because its a new job i am playing catch up and being the newbie sucks! I like my job and boss, so its good for now...lol. We've been spending time with family and friends keeping our time busy from CT to NY and lovely NJ.

We have been keeping an eye on everyone's progress and feel horrible for many of you have have had a loss or negative (like us) and send our deepest sympathy. I know how hard this journey is maybe thats why we are hesitant to take the leap into attempt #3....i'm just too scared!! hearing the negatives and loss only reminds me of our chances-----SLIM!!

HAPPY EASTER!
(this picture always makes me smile, its so cute)

Hi Mandy, we can relate. The negatives are not easy and makes you wonder for sure. Not sure when you plan to try again, but I say do it like taking a bandaid off...the faster the better. You may lose a few hairs but it is better to get on with it then wait and wonder.

I think we can all agree that it's incredibly scary, but if we don't try we'll never know. Alex and Taj are from our third cycle and I look at them every single day - and will for the rest of my life - in sheer amazement that not only did we achieve this, but they're biologically ours. The later is my added bonus as we were all ready to go the egg donor route, so much so that Nik had already left his sample in Mumbai.

You will achieve the family you ao desperately wish for Mandy!!!! It may not be what you originally invisaged, but it will be what you were meant to get (from god, the universe or whoever). Give yourself a break, enjoy the new job and then kick it off again when you're feeling ready. Remember that you're the spring chicken in our community and have got time on your side, when the rest of us are pushing 40 - or are already on the other side. Seriously, how did that happen?!?! :)
